Rob Williams
Managing Director & Instructor

Former West Glamorgan Ambulance Service and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Rob retired from the Fire Service having served as Head of Business Fire Safety for Carmarthenshire. A firefighter in Swansea Central Fire Station as well as a Fire Service Training Officer, Rob started his own safety training company in 2017.  

Wayne Price
Instructor

Former Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service. Wayne is one of the most experienced and popular Instructors within the Carmarthenshire area. Experienced Instructor in First Aid at Work and Fire Safety, Wayne also has an accomplished background in Health and Safety and is NEBOSH qualified.  

Tony Wall
Instructor

Former West Midlands Ambulance Service. Tony is a qualified Instructor/Assessor registered with NUCO and is the Co-ordinator for Community First Responder schemes in Pembrokeshire. One of the leading names in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire First Aid Training.

Marc Gower
Instructor

Former London Fire Brigade and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service. Marc is a vastly experienced First Aid Instructor who delivers Defibrillator training on behalf of the Welsh Ambulance Service and supports local First Responder schemes within the Carmarthenshire area. Marc is also NUCO qualified.

RW Safety Training was set up in 2017 by our Managing Director Rob Williams. Our mission is to provide high quality training to businesses & individuals delivered by authentic industry professionals. 
All training can be accredited and delivered bespoke to your place of work. 
The company is growing rapidly, and current customers include Aberystwyth University, Coleg Sir Gar amongst others. All Instructors are handpicked and have specialist skills within the safety industry. Each training session is accompanied by an individual report and certification.
